Cancellation Policy - - Cancellations, rescheduling, or alterations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the booking.
- Cancellations, rescheduling, or alterations made on the day of the booking, or failure to attend will require 100% full payment of the booked appointment.
- All payments and service charges are non-refundable. Including, but not limited to, change of mind, late arrival, unused appointment time, or failure to attend.
